This KML customized LinearMotorSystem was designed to be used in a high-dynamic laser cutting machine.
The following emphasis was requested by the customer:

• Optimized synchronous running independent of applied load
• Wear-resistance against aggressive cutting dust
• Plug-finished solution
• Execution of the functional control as part of the supplier

Solution

Due to following remark emphasis the project could successfully be converted:

• Optimized one geometrical structure
• Particularly wear-steady bellows covers
• Air barrier system
• High performance linear motors with very compact dimensions and low mass
• IKO precision linearways with special seals
• Extensive accessories, like e.g. cable chain and electric cables
• KML running tests with user-specific dutycycles
