PCBs must be transported over a long way by belt drive. An open
construction is needed since different systems must access the PCB.
A high rigidity is demanded. Vibrations are forbidden. The width
adjustment for the different plate sizes must happen fully automatic.
High accuracies of the linear races are necessary in order to avoid
a blocking of the plates during transport. An abrasion with the contact
surfaces must be prevented. Particularly with a use of several parallel
assemblies a increased system accuracy is needed. The entire building
group must be clean room suited. Function and quality assurance ensured
by the supplier.
