In order to be able to deal with special applications of customers,
which the standard program does not cover optimally co-ordinated special
solutions were sketched. These projects are realizable within a short
time in close co-operation with the customer, from the prototype to
the series production. In order to find as cost-efficient solutions
as possible the design department turns back to the extensive modular
assembly system of the standard solutions. Thereby short delivery times
and flexible quantities from the single copy to mass production of
special solutions can by realized.

Development and design
The development and design department always uses the newest technologies
and methods for the realization of the projects:
- Methodical designing
- 3D-CAD system (SOLID WORKS)
- FEM (computations by means of finite elements method)
- FMEA (error possibility and influence analysis in co-operation
with the quality department.)
Manufacturing
In the manufacturing can refer both, to internal and external capacities,
which are furnished for different lot sizes. The manufacturing exclusively
takes place on modern CNC controlled manufacturing machines.
Assembly
The assembly takes place via trained personnel on particularly assembly
yards. Before the delivery of the systems a start-up and a function
control is progressed.
