We recognized the enormous potential of the linear motor technology very early and developed a matured linear motor system concept, which sets new measures concerning functionality, handling and costs. Depending on the different market requirements we developed two delivery programs.

First a standard solution which is based on the modular construction system and optionally offers a broad spectrum at accessories in order to cover a broad application scope. On the other hand special solutions, which become primarily fitted on customer requirements.

Currently four sizes of the standard series are available. The absolute advantages of the standard systems are with the extremely rapid availability, the flexible application possibilities as well as an optimized cost-benefit rate.

To be able to deal customized series of KML LinearMotorSystems with special customer requirements, which the standard program does not cover optimally co-ordinated special solutions were sketched. These projects are within a short time realized in close co-operation with the customer, prototypes up to the quantity production. In order to find a cost-efficiently and fast available solution the construction turns back on the extensive modular construction system of the standard solutions.
