BALLBUSHINGS
 

Mechanical components for low friction and stick-slip-free linear guiding systems. They work for many years in the field use, even under most difficult conditions. Balanced product program considers to the requirements of the most diverse ranges of application. Thus our delivery program also contains ball bushings for combined linear- and rotary motion without additional radial ball bearing.
Optionally also as ball bushing unit with pillow blocks made of aluminium and/or grey cast iron available.

Materials
Outer rings and balls from hardened ball bearing steel 100Cr6, cages from brass or glass-fibre reinforced plastic PP 6.6
Outer rings and balls alternatively from chrome-plated steel corrosion resistant.

Sealing
optionally one-sided or double-sided rubber sealing from teflon or natural rubber
