BALL SPLINE UNITS
 

Ball spline units for limited and endless linear motion are linear guide ways with linear bushings in cylindrical or flange form movable on a splined shaft with two raceways. Two or four loadable rows of steel balls are running in the splined raceways in axial direction and can transmit torques. The high precision and rigidity guarantees perfect functioning under varying loads with changing load direction and high or complex loads.
The simple structure allows a very compact design.

Splined rails from 6 x 11 mm up to 16 x 100 mm ( W x H )

Length
Up to 1775 mm for ball spline units with limited linear motion

Material
Induction hardened carbon and/or chrome steel for the shafts, balls and linear bushings

Optionally double sided rubber sealing available
