NC-Pressmodules for insert press procedures using Insert Press Monitoring- and Control-System from company Staiger Mohilo are suitable outstanding for the employment in automatic manufacturing plants, in addition, with manually steered jobs.

In a durable aluminum housing the force sensor in DMS technology is integrated. The driving motor with integrated absolute encoder is driven by a servo control. The signal conditioning of both sensors takes place in the force-way-monitoring- and controlling unit DMF-P.

Over a force measuring ring in the housing the precision-grinded ball roll spindle is supported, so that a direct power measurement is ensured. The monitoring of the travel of the spindle can be parametrized in the servo control.

The installation position of the adding module is variable. The adjustment at the machine rack is possible both with wall and with flanged mounting. The tool chuck is implemented according to DIN810.
